About us
Vision
Citizen centered, electric, fast people transport over water will be the future proof mobility solution for at least half a billion people and 500 locations globally by 2030.
Mission
We aim to be a full-service provider of water taxi solutions offering sublime passenger experience, sustainability, business value, as well as development opportunities for waterfront areas.
The blue economy
We deeply believe in the power of water to sustain healthy and harmonious living conditions. The blue economy is rapidly growing as the world’s oceans, seas, rivers and lakes are increasingly understood as our allies. When cared for, they offer us food, energy, biodiversity, employment, transportation and recreation. Electric hydrofoiling people transport over water is a key building block in the blue economy. It is a scalable solution for sustainable tourism development in dense urban and natural regions. We support Sustainable Development Goals 7, 8, 9, 11, 13 and 14.
Our story
Tjakko and Erik met online in the beginning of 2024, urged on by a mutual friend. In their first chat Erik shared his research on the global water taxi market. Tjakko immediately understood where he was coming from. They agreed on the tremendous global opportunities of a fully integrated, electric, hydrofoiling taxi service. They also agreed that Phuket, Thailand, would be the perfect first case study for such a service. A very solid partnership was born during that call. Only two days later, after the two agreed to join forces in the adventure, the networking, researching, designing, developing and calculating began. Now, as we progress and increase our network, potential impact and likelihood for success, we often look back on this very first call. It symbolizes our hunger for adventure, our trust in personal passion, our curiosity for innovation and our firm belief in a healthier planet through collaboration.
